We use plain English. We also explain official rules to you in simple and clear terms. Making it easy to manage your tax affairs with GBLT. GBLT always applies the official rules when dealing with your enquiries. Have you reported incorrect information on the website? And do you have a question or comment for GBLT about what is correct? Then the official rules will always prevail.

2. The Dutch version of the website is leading
GBLT takes great care to keep English translations of Dutch pages clear, up-to-date, complete and correct. Therefore, we manage the English version of the Website in the same way as the Dutch version. GBLT cannot exclude the possibility that differences may arise which may cause the English version to be interpreted incorrectly. Differences may also arise between the Dutch and English versions as a result of translation. For example, because the text cannot be literally translated into English. Therefore, the Dutch version is leading.
3. GBLT is not liable for references to third party websites
GBLT will try to direct you to the right place to get information. This may sometimes mean that we refer you to another organisation's website.
