Do you not have a tax assessment number? Then you can still use the consent form. We will ensure that we debit all your tax assessments in instalments.
Please note that processing the consent form takes at least two weeks. We may only debit your account after your consent has been processed. GBLT normally debits around the 26th day of the month.

U kunt het formulier direct digitaal invullen. Print daarna het ingevulde document en zet uw handtekening. Stuur het formulier naar GBLT, postbus 1098, 8001 BB Zwolle.
Tip: Heeft u geen aanslagnummer? Dan kunt u het toestemmingsformulier toch gebruiken. Wij zorgen ervoor dat we al uw belastingaanslagen in delen afschrijven.
Let op: het verwerken van het toestemmingsformulier duurt minstens 2 weken. We mogen pas afschrijven na verwerking van uw toestemming. GBLT schrijft standaard af rond de 26ste dag van de maand.
