Do you disagree with the cost of the renewed order?
You can let GBLT know. This is called lodging an administrative appeal. You can do this through "Mijn Loket". Or you can send a letter to the executive board of GBLT. You must lodge your appeal within ten days of the date on the renewed order. Send your letter to P.O. Box 1098, 8001 BB Zwolle. In your letter, state:
- the date, your name and initials, address and signature;
- why you disagree with the costs of the renewed order.
Do you disagree with the seizure?
You can let GBLT know this through court. This is called legal opposition. You must arrange this with the court in the area where you live. On this map you can see which court your place of residence belongs to. Do you live outside the Netherlands or are you of no fixed abode? Then you can legally oppose at the District Court of Overijssel.
Legal opposition means that you make GBLT appear in court. For this you need a summons. You can arrange this with a lawyer.
