We look at the sales price of homes sold over the past year.
We prefer to use homes that are similar to your home
Such as homes in the same area, and year of construction as your home. Are there too little comparable homes sold? Then we look at sales figures of homes that are less similar to your home. We take all differences into account.

The valuation report tells you which homes we compared to yours. The valuation report is available to you in Mijn Loket. You will find the report under the header 'Mijn Documenten' as 'Taxatieverslag'.
Do you have any questions after reading the report?
Or do you think, for example, that GBLT should have used different homes for comparison? Then we ask you please first consider:
- GBLT can only use homes sold between January 1 and December 31 of last year as a comparison.
- The location, living area, maintenance and other specific features of your home are also taken into account.
- A modification to your home that is finished on January 1 of this year is taken into account in the value.
Do you disagree with the homes that GBLT used to compare to your home? Then you can object to the WOZ value of your home.
