Changes for businesses

Due to GBLT's connection to the Chamber of Commerce's Trade Register, we now use different data than you are used to from us. On this page we will explain what will change for you.

What will change for businesses?

This information is valid for all companies that are not sole proprietorships and do not have more than one branch.

  • The name of your company in the Trade Register may differ from the company name GBLT previously used. From now on, we will use the statutory name of your company as listed in the Trade Register. Does your company not have a statutory name? Then we will use the name of the partnership.

  • Is your company listed in the Trade Register with a different (postal) address than the one GBLT used for you? Then you might now be receiving mail from GBLT at a different address than before. You can change your address in 'Mijn Loket' on our website.

  • Are there any matters for your company still in process at GBLT? These matters will remain ongoing. For example:

    • an objection that GBLT is still processing;
    • a Water Board tax return;
    • a provisional tax assessment for which you have yet to receive a final tax assessment;
    • a tax assessment that has not yet been paid.
    • a direct debit in instalments.

    However, we will from now on be using your statutory name as listed in the Trade Register on any mail about these matters.

  • Paying in instalments by direct debit might cease. This is because we combine all tax assessments in the company name. We will inform you by letter if this is the case.

    Do you want to arrange for future tax assessments to be paid in instalments by direct debit? Then you will need to give GBLT your consent. You can arrange this in three ways:

    • Organise it online using eHerkenning in Mijn Loket on this website.
    • Download a consent form via this link.
    • Call us on 088-064 55 55 to have us send you a consent form.

    Do you still need to pay (part of) a tax assessment for this year or earlier?

    A tax assessment for this year or a previous year that has not yet been paid in full has to be paid in one single instalment. In 'Mijn Loket' on gblt.nl, you can check which tax assessment you have not yet paid in full. You can transfer this amount using eHerkenning in 'Mijn Loket', or via your bank, using these details:

    Bank account: NL82 DEUT 0319 8046 15
    In the name of: GBLT in Zwolle
    Payment reference: the assessment number
