You can send us this additional information digitally or by post. Always send the required information within 14 days.

Below, we explain how to send documents by using Mijn Loket.
Sending documents using Mijn Loket
You can send additional documents in 8 simple steps:
- Use your Dutch Digital Identification (DigiD) to log in to Mijn Loket.
- Go to 'Mijn aanslagen'.
- Choose the tax assessment for which you have requested remission.
- Choose 'Bekijk aanslag'.
- Choose 'Aanvullende gegevens kwijtschelding aanleveren'.
- Sometimes you will be asked to check your data. In that case choose 'Door naar aanleveren aanvullende gegevens kwijtschelding'.
- Add files using the 'Bladeren' button. You will add the files one by one. In the field 'Toelichting' you may add a clarification if needed.
- Select''Documenten uploaden'.
Are you done? Then click the 'Documenten verzenden' button.
You will see a notification. The notification states that we have received the additional information.
Sending documents after a rejection of your request
Did we send you a letter that we are rejecting your request? The letter informs you of the reasonds therfore. Did you provide insufficient information? Then you can still send us the required information in within 14 days. We will then re-process your request. Sending in your reuqest through 'Mijn Loket' works slightly different in this case. Did you not submit the addittional information within 14 days after the rejection? Then we will not re-process your request.
